"There was a slight issue with the room we originally booked, so we got upgraded to a luxury suite. The room was spectacular! The beds were so comfortable with the most amazing sheets and blankets. The room was so spacious and beautifully decorated! They definitely went above and beyond to make up for the room confusion. Such a great hotel and a very memorable stay for us. "
