The toilet was clogged upon arrival, but the front desk addressed it promptly. The room was freezing upon arrival. Took a long time to warm up.

Room was great! Staff was great! I loved being so close to Mohegan. I had to stay an extra night because of a snowstorm and the staff was really helpful in case I had to stay longer.
