"The staff was very friendly, breakfast was good, beds were comfortable. The kitchen appliances were a little dated and there was suppose to be housekeeping once a week but no one came to clean our room. Had to go and get garbage bags and clean towels."

"Room was super clean though somewhat dated as others have mentioned. Felt safe and comfortable in a second floor room. The coffee at 6:00 am was old and cold and the fresh pot was simply added to the old coffee. The Continental Breakfast was like most hotels, and I would not have paid extra if it had been required. I would consider staying here again with a few modest improvements as the price was indeed reaaonable."

"It is continently located near Bradley International airport and provides shuttle service from 4 am - 12:30 am to and from the airport. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good, dining area comfortable and clean as was my room"

"For the price, Clarion Inn was surprisingly good. We did not expect the kitchenette. Front desk was accommodating by giving us a better room option within the same price range. Location is great. We just wish free breakfast were better managed, a refill every hour maybe? as you cannot expect all guests to wake up at 6/7am to rush for breakfast to make sure there is still stuff there. "
