Also, the shuttle service sucked. They didn't even show up on my return flight. I waited 45 minutes before I finally caught the Americinn shuttle, as it was across the street from Spark . Really unprofessional. Won't stay here again."

"I’ve stayed here 5 times. I was charged parking for the first time. The old air conditioner would loudly kick on and turn off within a minute. That kept happening. This place is normally superior. "

This hotel is two blocks away from 16th street which was very convenient. 16th street has all retail stores such as restaurants, gift shops and anything you can think of. We did not have to rent a car due to the easy access to this hotel. Line A train from the airport to union station and the 16th street free bus will take you anywhere on 16th street. "
