Hotels with Hot Tubs in Canada

"Nice hotel. BUT! I stayed there to make it on time to the airport using their shuttle. Turns out their shuttle does not leave on time, according to schedule, but they might decide to wait for late guests. And so you sit in the shuttle wondering when it will go to the airport and if you will make it to your plane. We also had people standing in the shuttle which is unsafe, as there us nothing for them to hold on to. One person was even carrying a child…"

"We stayed in the two bedroom wolf suite. The layout was perfect for our family so the kid could go to sleep and us still be able to stay up at night. The bathrooms were nicely updated, with a full kitchen that we used a few times. The biggest downside was the overwhelming musty smell that we noticed right away. We opened the windows and it seemed to be manageable, and also don't know if it was just our room since we aren't one to complain. But coming home everything in our suitcases needed to be rewashed, even if the clothes were still clean which was annoying. Also the one site gyms equipment was super dated and the only 2 treadmills were out of order. For family, the room layout was great, the pool and hot tubs were good and the shuttle to and from town was convenient. Overall a decent place to stay for the price, but probably would try somewhere else next time just cuz there are so many options in Banff! "

"The hotel was in a very convenient location, lots of amenities. However, I was informed there would be construction from 9-5pm. I was ok with that because I’d be up by that time. And when I arrived to the hotel from travelling all day I didn’t want to change rooms. But on Friday morning I hear the construction just after 7am. It became so loud I had to leave the room. I was not pleased. Then I tried to order room service but my phone didn’t work. In this case the hotel did offer maintenance to check the phone. I declined, as I was leaving the next day. In addition, I had a studio room with a hot tub that was listed as a city view. When I opened the curtains my view was the side of a building and a partial glimpse of a pool. I had higher expectations from the Hilton. Doubtful I’d go there again. "
