This hotel is a luxury one. We were greeted like Royals unpon arriving. The Hotel lobby is so big, front desk attendants were very friendly and helpful. Our front desk officer was so kind to assist us to our rooms and offer their amenities to us. Room was huge. very relaxing and comfortable. However the food does not meet up to our expectations. The hotel is very clean, all the staff are so friendly, they attend to our needs promptly and courteously. The beddings are fresh everyday. Our stay at the hotel is very relaxing and comfy... we really recommend this hotel👍👍

I would highly recommend this hotel. No regrets at all. The money we spent staying for 2night in this hotel is worth it. Free breakfast, free hotel/airport pick up. They even have free ride and pick up going to the city center . It would cost you 10-20 Brunei Dollars if you ride a taxi. They even upgraded our room free of charge. Spacious and clean room. Staff are so friendly and helpful. The location is nearest to some stores and restaurants.

My brother and I enjoyed our stay at D'Anggerek Serviced Apartment very much! Our room was spacious and generally clean (although the room floors were very clean, there were some pieces of paper on the drawers inside the table and a few on the bathroom floor the cleaner missed but I won't nitpick about this too much). The staff are very accommodating and very willing to help in their own little ways. It's just a pity that we we're not able to stay in the hotel for long because we always go out and spent our days outside. The nice thing about it though is that the hotel provided us a van in going to the city with out any charge. Totality, we enjoyed our stay in the said hotel.
