"Coco Beach Resort was a recommendation, and I’m glad I booked our stay here. From the beginning the staff was very attentive about how we would be arriving to the hotel, and any accommodations they could make. Rooms were spacious and clean. The outside area of the hotel was beautifully kept clean. The pools were amazing my daughter had the best time. Rainer was the best, best customer service. "

"When we arrived at the hotel, the whole site smelled of sewage. The restaurant area, the grounds, the pool area. When we asked why they said the pipes had broke. But when we tried to get our monies back and leave there was no manager at the hotel. The desk person said the manager lives in Mexico. When even Expedia tried to get in touch with the hotel to get a refund for us they coudln't get an answer. "

"We stayed 3 nights at the resort and liked the location. It was off season so it was very empty. The food was overpriced and not so good. We had better food off site. The no see mosquitoes were horrendous and we wished the property would tend to that problem better."
