"The hot spring is the main reason I booked this hotel for. Unfortunately, we were told on arrival that the hotspring for women were not available. There are plenty of choices cheaper than this hotel if no hot spring provided. I should have choose other hotel if I know hot spring is not available. Also, the bed was placed under the window and there was water leaking from the window to the pillow. "The location is close to Saga JR station, walking distance around 3-5mins. The twins room size is reasonable, around 27m square. It is very good design. The bathroom and washroom are separate. There is no restaurant nearby hotel. The place is quiet. There is no any hotel staff to help. However it is not difficult to access without staff. Since should received access password and online check-in process before accommodation. "

"When we booked this hotel, the description stated there is onsite parking. But when we checked in, the staff told us there was no onsite parking and we had to park at coin operated parking lot in the area. "

"No elevator. The reception is on 2nd floor. The ground floor is with strong cigarette smell. My reservation was for a non-smoking room. However, there was cigarette smell (via A/C?). And, I saw a man (a guest?) smoking in front of the reception desk. The staff was friendly and willing to help. They carried my bag up to my room (on 3rd floor) and down to the ground floor. It could be a good choose for smokers and weight lifters."
