"My stay coincided with busy Desert Storm weekend, so it was a busy weekend. I had to ask to have my room cleaned after two nights. Cleanliness was average to below average, breakfast was average, however I am used to Marriott properties."

"I had a great stay at the Springhill Suites,Phoenix. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and easy check in! The staff was amazing and very nice! They even got me a room next to my best friend for her graduation celebration! I would stay here again if i'm ever in the area!!!"

"I was skeptical at first reading the other comments but stuck with it and it wasn’t bad. It’s a 3-star hotel and that’s it. I do feel it’s overpriced but that’s literally everything right now. Have I gotten a better value staying at the Drury Inn or even Holiday Inn Express? Absolutely. But the room was [mostly] clean. Nothing that was a complete deal killer. A little outdated with the furniture and I was worried the shower/bath faucets were going to break from the wall but that was about it....

"Wonderful hotel! Very comfortable bed. Be aware though, it is located on a busy road and it can get a bit noisy at times, but it quietened down at night and I slept very well."
