"Excellent stay"

"The hottub that was open was a little foamy, and the other hot tub and sauna were closed for construction, but the view from the roof is amazing. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff were amazing - when we were leaving the power went out and we couldn’t use the elevator, but 2 of the staff members happened to be there and they helped us carry everything down to our car - we didn’t even have to ask they just volunteered. As well the staff and food at Pancini’s was fantastic"

"Room comfortable, staff great. I rated hotel alone. The resturant is hugely overpriced. A quick ride to casino satisified my hunger. You are losing business over a simple fix. An affordable breakfast would be a start but a budget menu for early dinner would be an easy fix. "

"Absolutely incredible stay at this Holiday Inn! The staff went above and beyond to create a beautiful set up on the bed in our room for my boyfriend’s birthday and our anniversary! It was so special. They even provided us a free breakfast voucher which was incredible and just what we needed after a night out! Room was very clean, super comfortable bed, and amazing lighting for doing your makeup! "
