"One of bathroom button not working(cause us cannot use the shower head),guest bathroom sliding door is broken,has to lift up and slide hard take several seconds to close and open,upstair bathroom the botton of switch not function,half of the water coming from shower head half from tap,they said will fix it several times(I reminder them three days)but no one comes to fix,under the bed is very dirty,at beginning no any toilet paper has to use kitchen towl"

"Sitio Uno is home away from home. My son and I stayed here for two weeks and we totally enjoyed our stay. The unit is clean and well-maintained. The swimming pool is an accessible R&R place.
