"A few friends and I stayed to celebrate my sister’s birthday, and we all thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The food was excellent — something not many places can match. The reception was warm and welcoming. Debbie, in particular, was efficient, offered great suggestions for evening activities, and delivered her service with a genuine smile."

"We were able to check-in a little bit early upon arrival. I'd previously completed an online check-in so it was very quick. The room was in good working order and as described. We had breakfast included in our rate. It was nice; there was a good selection and it was well worth having as there aren't any other options on the door step. This hotel is located perfectly for the NEC, Brimingham International station and Birmingham airport so perfect for business or holiday stops, though the rooms are not sound proof so you hear traffic. There is a price to pay for parking, but this would be super convenient if staying for an NEC event were the carparks seem to be quite a way away. The rooms don't have a safe. No surprise as it isn't included in the room description, but there is apparently a safe at reception if needed. That might be the only consideration people might want if they're travelling with documents and tickets, but otherwise, this is a really great option & a good price in the scheme of things."
