"The hotel was not cleaned. I was surprised when I opened the toilet there were drops there and not from mine and I has to clean it by myself Also there were little hairs on the towel in the washroom. It was gross i didn't use the towel at all. I am disappointed for the experience at there."

The traffic kept us up all night, there is no staff on site to help with anything and the room smelled like dog a cigarettes. It sounded like a brothel all night and I unfortunately was there with my children. "

"Room was beyond old & tired & felt dingy. Dishes in the cupboard were chipped & mismatched. Chairs were haphazard- one barstool & one kitchen chair. The smell was horrible!! We kept the windows open all night. The bed was comfortable enough but the pillows weren't great. Bathroom has been updated. Front staff was fantastic! We got in late from the ferry & they happy to help us after closing hours. "
