"Absolutely disgusting place. Unhygienic and unsafe for a child/ any family. It instantly smelt of rats and it was clear the apartment had not been cleaned. Multiple dead animals were found, including cockroaches in the shower. The utensil cupboard, which smelt horrendous, was clear that rats were living in there as multiple rat droppings would appear daily.
The people were nice but I believe it was unnecessary that 3 adults (2 men and 1 women) show up, on my first night, at the door at 11pm. I...

"Absolutely beautiful hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the loft apartment was huge and so modern and clean. The food at all areas of the hotel was incredible. Could not fault this hotel at all. Would highly recommend. "

"Everything was amazing. We were picked up from the airport and the driver was so lovely. We were greeted with a lovely drink and incredible staff. The villa was incredible and so quiet! Very clean. 100% recommend & would definitely stay there again. "
