The poo is excellent the rooms are a little old but large 1br suite is a bargain the york over the road bintang is the same as the supermarket food is good cheap smallish the forge 150m is expensiveish but the food is tops most serves are easy for 2

Room and bathroom were spacious. I liked the water dispenser in the room which also provided instant hot water. Pool area was lovely and we had it to ourselves one afternoon. There is a spa in the hotel, recommend the foot and Balinese massage. Staff were very friendly. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops nearby.

The hotel was lovely, as were the helpful sfaff. The rooms were all on the ground floor, with small individual gardens; it was great having this private outside space. The pool was also in a garden. What we didn't like was the street, which was extremely busy and also that the beaches were all quite a long walk away. However, there were many good bars and restaurants close to the hotel, Balinese and international.

All I can say is wow. I reserved the family 2 bedroom villa. With the private pool. If I could give this property 20 out of 10 stars I would. Amazing staff. Extremely nice and friendly. Very helpful. I honestly can't think of one bad thing. Even the location was perfect for us.

We had a wonderful stay at Rama Residence Petitenget, and we can't recommend it enough, especially for families! Traveling with two infants can be challenging, but the staff at Rama Residence made everything seamless. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly warm, kind, and accommodating to all our needs. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, providing everything we needed for our little ones, and always with a smile. They even anticipated our needs before we could ask, making us feel right at home. The facilities are clean, modern, and very family-friendly, and the location is perfect for both relaxing and exploring the surrounding area. The staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Despite our late-night flight and having already checked out, they graciously allowed us to use the hotel shower, for which we are truly grateful. In particular, I would like to commend Dwiki for his outstanding assistance – he was exceptionally helpful. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The room's shower head and holder appeared old and loose, and the water pressure changed noticeably after 9 p.m., with no hot water available. The bidet pressure was also quite strong, suggesting a need for a higher quality type. I'd like to suggest an environmentally friendly addition – the inclusion of kitchen towels. It seems wasteful to continuously use paper to wipe the basin top. Additionally, the placement of the microwave oven was inconvenient, as it was positioned too high. I often had to use a chair to reach it, especially when heating up my food. Apart from these considerations, the overall experience was satisfactory, and we would still consider it a great place to stay. Thank you for your attention to these matters.
