"Quite possibly the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in!
This is genuinely one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. We stayed in the Premium Adults Only area, and everything exceeded our expectations. The pool was absolutely beautiful, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the entire hotel was spotless. Everywhere you looked, the staff were cleaning, maintaining the grounds, or helping guests with a smile.
Our room (356) was immaculate every single day, with a lovely balcony view and everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The service was exceptional from start to finish. Every member of staff went out of their way to help, but a special thank you to Yuli, who went above and beyond to make my husband’s birthday so special. She arranged beautiful room decorations, surprised us with complimentary cakes, and made the whole celebration unforgettable.
We also used the laundry service, and our clothes came back the very next day beautifully cleaned, perfectly ironed, and smelling amazing.
The cooking class was so much fun, and the romantic beach dinner was worth every extra penny. The setting was stunning, and the food was absolutely delicious. We enjoyed the food and drinks so much that we kept charging everything to our room, fully expecting a huge bill at checkout! Instead, we were pleasantly surprised by how reasonably priced everything was, especially considering the quality of the food and service.
