"Very nice hotel located close to public transportation. Staff is very helpful and accommodating. The room was a large size with plenty of space and extremely comfortable beds."

"Just a really nice place to stay at! The staff was super nice and it brought a gleeful smile, giggles, and happiness when I'd come back from an outside adventure and say こんにちは and 7 front desk staff all at the same time say it back to me. Also the restaurant staff were also super kind and the dinner manager(I think, was dressed differently than waitresses) she was always helpful and showed me about the oneharmony stuff even if she couldn't speak it to me in English. In the morning there were two waitresses that were amazing as well, one who talked to me briefly in perfect English. Asked me a bit about my Japanese which I kept failing to remember the vocabulary. I wish I had gotten their names to let leadership know how nice and grateful I am for their hospitality, seriously it made my few days in Nagoya amazing. My only complaint about the entire stay is the pillows in the Premier King Room(1200) are either way too solid or nothing at all. Hard to sleep on those."

"Japanese staff as always friendly helpful and can not do enough for you. Beautiful room, clean and with all amenities provided plus lots of nice touches. Would be the first place I'll look to book, when I visit Nagoya again next year."

"Very good accommodation if you do not want to be in the central Nagoya. Very convenient to take trains to central Nagoya only 3-4 mins walk. Breakfast buffet is decent too."
