"The hotel was very clean. If you want your room cleaned let them know by 10pm. There is a parking fee and valet fee. The breakfast was very much buffet continental style. There was a waiter, which was very pleasant"

"Exceptionally clean facility. Staff was friendly, kind and helpful. As we arrived the wind was blowing and a staff member was outside sweeping up from a turned over garbage can! Did not get his name, but that effort is noticeable and contributes to guests having a clean and safe place to stay. Breakfast was good, although the location is small and resulted in long lines / delays. The rooms are nice, especially the bathroom. Modern showers were hot and maintained good pressure. Only areas of concern would be signage and parking. The hotel is hidden amongst multiple buildings and parking garages and the Lobby / Check in area is not clearly marked. The hotel is adjacent to a shopping mall (2minute walk) but you wouldn't know that by looking around as there are no signs. The free parking across the street was different and a little annoying since the attached garage was full of empty parking spaces."

"The breakfast staff was not as friendly as the other staff. They were rushing to shutdown. The pool was closed. But everything else was good. "

"Checked in on Friday and was informed the hours of the rooftop bar, but was not informed that it would be closed all day Saturday for a private event. I unfortunately did not get to go to the rooftop and that was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. Renting out the space is perfectly okay, just wish that was communicated upon check in so I could have adjusted my plans to go up there Friday instead. They have limited luggage carts. We called for a cart to be brought up but was told that they couldn’t guarantee one because “a lot of ppl are checking out right now.” Okay? Make a list and let us know approximately how long it will be before they get to us? How are those people getting them, ya know?? Just odd. Restaurant was really cute and the sliders were great! Limited small menu but it was great for breakfast/snacks. The bartender was super nice! Very clean hotel! Bed was a little more comfy than a standard hotel bed. Tv allows you to cast your streaming service which was awesome. The robes in the room were super comfy! Just strange customer service at times, small details go a long way. The parking is ridiculously priced. $40/day even if you aren’t there the whole day. You check in at 4 and pay $40 for that whole day. You check out at 11, but pay the whole day. Crazy!"

"Rooms are spacious and super clean and decorated beautifully. We had a room mix up but it was resolved immediately—Rick at the front desk was on it! Really pretty hotel in a convenient location. "

"Upon arrival, was ignored by staff as they argued about who could take their break next. Then, charged twice for parking. When I received my receipt after checkout, I called the hotel directly over one dozen times with no answer. The email provided in the receipt was no-reply@hilton.com."

"Breakfast isn’t free , they do have a nice bar and food on the lobby floor . The staff I encountered were amazing but the jucuzzi tubs should be more detail cleaning . "
