"Staff was very nice. Breakfast was delicious and the hotel was beautiful. The rooms very quaint and cozy, just perfect. Located near everything, el callejón del beso and the Diego Rivera a few steps away. Great stay!!"

"El hotel es un destino en sí...aguas termales y jardines espectaculares, hemos visitado muchas veces. Sin embargo, esta vez la falta de Internet en los cuartos es un grave problema. También la alberca grande estuvo apenas tibia. Ojalá pusieron atención a éstas cosas y volveremos sin duda a ése paraíso. "

"Room looked presentable however the bathroom area was not the best i would say compared to other holiday inn I’ve stayed in"

"When we arrived front desk lady checked us in and told us the room was not ready. We asked if we could leave our luggage our tour was about to leave. She said yes but was not happy about it. Later that afternoon we return and went into our room. Room was clean. We had reserved a room with the balcony but they said it was no longer available when we returned. We also never received the bottle of wine that was advertised in the listing. When asked about it they said we will bring it to you and they never did. Asked 3 times and never forgot it. So don’t believe that. That shouldn’t be in the listing if they cannot complete what they are advertising. AC in the room was on but was only giving off hot air. "

"As a US citizen, I thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities that the hotel had to offer. The staff was excellent. I bought a breakfast package and it was extremely nourishing. The hotel front desk assisted me with getting a cab therefore I felt very safe moving around the city. I will return."
