Room was very clean. Staff was helpful especially house keeping. View was nice for a small balcony. Air conditioning was ice cold. OXXO right across the street. Pool water was dirty our whole stay so keep that in mind.

The staff was excellent thier professionalism was exceptional. The locatin is nice close to the central, but far enough alway to be quite. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was the best we had in town. Cost was affordable.

The hotel looked very modern/new and clean. Reception desk and lobby courtyard area was clean. The restaurant and pool were small and older but clean. Unfortunately the room wasn’t up to par with the rest of the hotel which felt misleading. There was a dead roach looking beetle in the center of the room to great me when I arrived. The toilet struggled to flush. The door to the balcony’s weather stip was hanging off… the shower (if I can even call it that) was a spray of cold missed despite having it on hot. I mean a literal mist. I felt like lettuce at the produce rack. Awful. Beds were crunchy. It’s also all the way up the hill so you cannot walk down to the center. You have to drive down 10 mins and hope you find parking. HOWEVER, the view from the balcony was incredible and they had a tv with a streaming option and a couple of corner stores near by. The breakfast was delicious and super cheap.
