It is not Good. Nagbayad ko og booking sa Hotel na wala ga operate kay close pa gihapon na dismaya tawon me together with my family. There is no advisory but still in the apps available pa ang booking. Sa apps na ga book try to look first if the hotels are in operation before you publish in your apps. Thank you.

The pool was nice and relaxing. I did not like the food because it came to my room cold for breakfast and dinner. House keeping never came back after I told them to return 1 hour later.

Accomodating staff but the only problem was at the entrance. You just have to open your luggages for the security to check. Its better if they could install a x- ray conveyor just like at the AirPort so theres no hassle to check in when you arrived. Tired of your flight abd the security will asked your luggages to opened up. Thats too much for business Traveler like me.

非常時の対応

滞在中に地震が有り、宿泊者を避難誘導して避難者に水や食べ物を配布して、気分悪い人の診察対応は良かったと思う。しかし、その後の部屋に戻る指示が無く、宿泊者があたふたした状態でした。最後まできちっとした対応が望まれた

Great hotel in the heart of the city

Had a great stay at the Royal Mandaya for three days and two nights. Staff were almost universally polite and excellent. Food was top-notch both at the downstairs restaurant and with room service. Room was very comfortable although the sound-proofing could have been a bit better between rooms. Also we wished they delivered room service on a rolling tray like other high-end hotels we've been to - our room didn't have a separate table so we had to awkwardly eat on the countertop. Wifi was occasionally sluggish but was fine for the most part. Our only real complaint though was that the pool was under renovation during our stay. Overall, we would gladly stay there again though if we were ever back in Davao.

I requested for two twin rooms but ended up getting a double and a twin. It took them 4 hours after checking in to set up extra bed. Shower was leaking and broken and had to transfer rooms in the middle of the night. Everything was a mess making our stay very uncomfortable. Definitely won’t be back.

A pleasant overnight stay

Efficient and supportive front desk staff on check-in Room is large and spacious. In-room lights need to be brighter as room looks quite dark. Perhaps look at repainting with lighter shade. Bathroom amenities and fixtures are as expected and water pressure is acceptable. Extras such as hair dryer are available on request. Buffet breakfast has a good selection of hot and cold food.

Awesome staff.

The staff were great. They really were. The breakfast buffet had a great selection and very good quality food. My ONLY complaint would be the lack of water pressure “especially hot water” but aside from that, it was a most enjoyable stay. The building is a bit tired but they’re not asking top dollar for your room so I felt it was very good value for the money. I felt the service and food made up for the tiredness of the facility. Pool was clean and not over chlorinated. I will definitely consider staying here again on my next trip.
