"Everything was perfect. Staff was great especially on a Holiday weekend. "

"The room was very clean with updated amenities. The beds were very comfortable. Staff was welcoming and friendly and we appreciated that we were able to check in a bit early. We enjoyed the sitting area off the lobby with the gas fireplace. The only place for improvement was the breakfast. The restaurant was very understaffed for a Sunday morning and the food was rather underwhelming after a long-ish wait. However, huge shout out to the young man working the restaurant during our breakfast service - he was composed, friendly and worked hard to bus tables, take orders, serve as host, and make sure guests had what they needed. Overall, we had a pleasant experience at The Pell, but would skip the breakfast next time. "

"The rooms were cleaned. Location is great. Everything is closed. The cliff walk is closed and the mansions are probably 6-10 minutes drive depending on traffic. We had a great stay."

"The room was spotless, the service was amazing. The pool was great we had two TVs in the room but one of them didn't seem to work. It turned on but kept saying no signal. Besides that, everything was great I recommend.."
