"I have been staying at the Harbour View Suites for many years, when I need to travel to Dar es Salaam.
The staff is always incredibly gracious and helpful. Dar is a big and very busy city - and could feel a bit unsafe as a foreigner. However, this hotel occupies the 9th, 10th and 11th floors of a large building with ocean views. SO once you are inside, you will feel perfectly safe. Staff in the restaurant were amazing!
