"Staff was very accommodating and welcoming, in particular the Dining F&B Manager, Juma in Security, and the housekeeping staff. The location is amazing, you're near the convention center, the seawall, The Ferry. Casino, lots of shops. The only downside of the hotel is that rooms could use a deep cleaning and I wish wi dows would open, I was granted special permission to open my windows due to my asthma and I greatly appreciate it. This hotel is great value for the money. Restauran and outdoor roof area is so fun."
