"This hotel was comfortable and in a great location. Nice pool and outside bar area. Good little coffee shop right on property. When we arrived we were told our one room we had booked had a leak so they gave us two rooms complimentary. That was a nice touch and it was greatly appreciated! Overall I’d recommend this hotel!"

"This La Quinta is an older property that is showing its age. It’s at a price point that still makes it desirable based on its location, but needs a full update. Our room was relatively clean, which was a major bonus. The location is ideal for visiting the old downtown of Charleston. There are very few restaurant options in the nearby vicinity however, there is one restaurant that is within walking distance. What I stay again, possibly."

"The hotels location is what your pains were, the restaurant downstairs is great for every meal. Room service is a complete waste of time order Uber eats instead."
The Beach Club at Charleston Harbor Resort and Marina

"Has been a favorite place to stay for many years, however this time the property looks a bit tired. Room was nice but bathroom had what once to be a glass enclosure now covered by a spring rod and plastic curtain. Doesn’t seem like maintained too well. Also no EV charging on property, which is weird for a resort this size. Cushions outside under cover were moldy and dark stains. For the price, there are much better options in Charleston. It’s a great location and views are very nice."

"THIS IS OUR GO-TO PLACE TO STAY WHEN VISITING CHARLESTON. EXTRA CLEAN...GREAT BREAKFAST...AND EASY TO GET ON INTERSTATE TO HEAD INTO TOWN. HIGHLY RECOMMEND"
