We loved our stay at the Palmetto!! Right when you walk in the staff greets you and the hotel just smells good! There are always drinks in the lobby- water and sweet tea! The room was exactly as pictured and the staff serviced the room multiple times a day which was very nice! The breakfast was minimal but what youā€™d expect for a continental breakfast- fruit, grits, pastries, hard boiled eggs, biscuits and gravy, and yogurt parfaits. Wouldā€™ve loved to see some bagels and cream cheese or bacon or sausage but we had breakfast at the hotel 3/4 days of our stay so it was good enough to keep coming back! We also had several cocktails at the lobby bar: definitely try their espresso martini it is top notch! Overall we had a lovely stay and would certainly stay there again! Definitely recommend if you are thinking of booking!

Our deluxe king room was quite snug. We stayed on the 4th floor and the person above us was stomping so so much. The property is absolutely lovely and the location was ideal- easy walking to lots of wonderful food. I would definitely recommend this hotel- maybe just spring for the superior king.
