"Excellent service with genuine warmth, the opposite of "corporate vibes". If something's not ideal, talking to the staff is all it takes to make it right. The beds are superb, which is my #1 consideration in a hotel. The rooms are on the small side, but since I wasn't spending a lot of time in the room, this wasn't a problem for me.
