Feels like a home away from home

The variety and quality of local breakfast. The design of the corridor which has a small piece of real grass, garden and rooftop pool The overall design of the fresh hotel. The price of the accomondation.

The hotel is very big, very cozy n beautiful. The balcony like a small garden. Breakfast is good. All the staffs are very kind n always give us a beautiful smile. Not far from the beach. There has a very good seafood restaurant nearby Excellent experience in Zoneland

I love the design of the property/ room. I like how it has a lot of plants and follower, makes the property very chill. English was a little weaker, but where there is will... I can only recommend and would book the room here again!!

When we arrive the guy at the front desk couldn't speak english and informed us by google translate that they have had a problem with our reservation. We waited for him to "clean" a room, we accepted as we were talking to the manager the next morning. Very bad service, he never offered to help us with our bags and had us waiting at the staircase as he translated in his cellphone. The following day we were transfer to another hotel, we had payed for an ocean view and we got a construction view at a different hotel/village. The lady didn't know what to do when we told her we weren't happy with the change. She only offered to take us to the airport as an apology, but that didn't happen either. We never heard from her again and she never offered to give us a refund, in the end it was their mistake. Our stay in Da Nang was ruined because of this. They seemed to be very new and you can see it in the inexperience when dealing with this sort of problems. More could have been done and offered. Very dissapointed with the whole experience.
