Room was great and clean . Great facility’s at the hotel . Buffet was so busy everyday. There was a line for eggs, coffee machine etc . Nuh who was at the concierge and check us in was amazing , she helped ip though out the stay .

Hotel is very family friendly, staff are very helpful and polite, especially VY, she provided a lot of information about the hotel facilities and Da nang restaurant suggestions etc, always checking us out day to day. There is no worries if the weather is not ideal for outdoor activities, since we stayed in hotel for some indoor activities such as water park, onsen on 22nd floor, massage, Japanese tea experience etc, also there is a mini Mart for guests to buy some snacks or personal necessities.

We stayed at Mikazuki resort for 3 nights, it was a great experience, very beautiful and clean room, nice helpful staff, great food! Everything was fabulous! The only thing that I think can be improved is making the water park free for the hotel guests!

Hotel Mikazuki was truly exceptional. The service was first-class, and the interior design of the hotel was outstanding. I was especially impressed by the toilets and sinks. The sliding doors in the room were also a nice touch. The bed was large, spacious, and very comfortable, and the couch had a firm feel that made it pleasant to sit on. The view from the room was like a art painting.I think it’s without a doubt one of the very best hotels in Danang.I will definitely stay here again.

The staff were all so friendly and helpful. All the restaurants were amazing with wonderful staff and extensive menu for adults and children. Perfect place to relax and enjoy the swimming pool, waterpark, restaurant and spacious and clean room. We would highly recommend this resort. 5/5

I cannot fault this resort. We a family of 4 also joined by 2 other bigger families (7 & 6) all first time travelling to Vietnam and had the most incredible time at Mikazuki Resort. We specifically chose this resort as we new we were travelling during wet season, and MR has amazing indoor activities including the indoor water park that we all loved. The resort and staff went out of thier way to make us feel comfortable and looked after. Even allowing us pay and travel using the resort bus to places like Bana Hills and Hoi An as we were a larger group. A special mention to the staff, especially Man and Vy who did everything they could to assist us with our daily tours, to restaurant recommendations and reservations. Would definitely recommend and we will be returning. Thanks Mikazuki Resort

We had a very comfortable stay at Da Nang Mikazuki. The property is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, and overall everything met our expectations for a resort of this level. The room was spacious, the amenities were solid, and the facilities—especially the water park and onsen areas—were definitely a highlight. The only thing keeping it from a full 5 stars is the service. While it was good and the staff were polite, it felt only slightly better than what I’ve experienced at other 5-star hotels in Vietnam. A little more attentiveness and warmth from the team would elevate the experience even further. Still, it’s a great place to relax and enjoy Da Nang, and I may consider coming back.

Amazing property that's well worth the stay. If you like having a mix of things to do, sights to see, and food to eat then you really can't go wrong. Only regret is not getting the Japanese room and staying a little longer.

We stayed during a slightly quiet period (second week of Jan during the weekday) so got upgraded to a slightly larger room. It was beautiful, comfortable and spacious. There was an outdoor bath tub facing the view of the ocean and water park. Couldn't fault the rooms, only minor irritation was the king bed that has been put together with two twins and they use that padding to hold it together, so there's this feeling of a split in the middle. The food at breakfast was huge. The variety was good and there was an egg station and hot noodle station. The service was good as well and everyone there was very polite and accommodating. Now the water parks. We got access to both the indoor and outdoor water parks during our stay. The indoor water park was a bit unique in that it had a sort of roller coaster water ride. That was probably the highlight of the indoor one. The outdoor one ... Looked like it was definitely just for kids ? We didn't end up using it. No biggie. It was an add on perk we got. The hotel had 3 restaurants. We went to the Blue for the seafood bbq buffet on Friday and the Japanese sushi one for Thursday. Both are fairly decent restaurants. Only downside to this resort is that it is outside of Da Nang, and it'll take you a good 20 mins and 200k vn to get to the city.

Whilst the room was amazing and spacious, there were several issues. A- there was construction going on below us and it was terribly loud and relentless- going til midnight and starting again at 4 am. The hotel never notified us. We could not enjoy any ambience even in the room it was so loud. Our children and myself had trouble sleeping. B- staff never got around to sending the membership and I had asked three times. c- staff were not friendly, several times at breakfast staff actually pushed past me and almost knocked me over. I am not used to this. The cleaning staff however, were friendly and wonderful. Whilst the pool and room facilities were wonderful, we were dissappointed by these factors. I know construction is necessary but the hours were ridiculous. The water park was great however and we will come back, but stay for a shorter amount of time. The onsen on the balcony was great but wish the yelling of construction workers and the smashing noises would have ceased at times.

Easily the best stay I’ve ever had coupled with the best buffet I’ve ever had in all of my travels. The staff were great and the resort had top notch security.
