I stayed at the hotel from March 20 to 23 along with daily breakfast, on these days dining in the hotel restaurant In the morning although breakfast was very busy. but a female staff Ms. GIANG impressed me she was friendly helpful with excellent service It also made me have a good impression of the hotel and Oyster Harbor this place The hotel has such a service performance of excellent employees is really rare so reflect to the hotel in recognition of its excellent service performance.

Good hotel for me

I felt room is clean. And I feel room condition very good. If you use laundry bag, spares are not provided.I have to tell lobby to pick up new laundry bag. Noise is very loud at night … because it is beach side. But I hope to stay there again. Breakfast, room condition and cost performance are good.

Satisfactory stay

The stay was satisfactory overall. I liked the beachfront room as the sea facing view was relaxing and therapeutic. The amenities in the room were quite standard and cleanliness of the room was also acceptable. The view of the dipping pool at the roof TOP was stunning.

Comfortable with beach views

Free parking included in the garage. Right next to the beach. Hotel was clean and spacious but had some trouble with the air conditioning, it worked but seemed to take a long time to cool down. The bathroom was spacious and bed was comfortable

Staff was nice, breakfast was great. A little loud at night because of the clubs on the beach, but not too loud. We did end up losing a wash cloth we used on an excursion. They ended up charging us $2 for it no big deal, but since they decided to charge us for that they missed out on the $5 tip we give the front desk.

amazing stay in this hotel. Our rooms were beach front facing, and had a gorgeous view of the beach. Full set of amenities provided. Lots of convenience store and food nearby. The hotel location is very strategic, and if you are adventurous to walk the roads behind the hotel, you can find smaller shops there selling food and drinks at competitive prices. Started my days with breakfast and a wide variety of food available by courteous staffs Do drop by the infinity pool at level 22. That's highest part of the hotel and comes with a spectacular view for sunrise
