Staff was super great (friendly. Professional, and they care about your stay and making it a positive experience). Property was right across the beach in a good area. Only issue I had was I had a adjoining room which was able to hear the next door neighbours a little too much, but still one of my best stays in danang.

What a great property and location! The staff is so friendly and the penthouse is amazing! What a special trip to be able to stay there. Great for family gatherings and dinners. I would highly recommend Minh Toan Safi Ocean hotel! Kids are already asking to go back!

We have a pleasant 4-night stay at Minh Toan Ocean Hotel. The staff are helpful and proactive in solving our problems. In particular Ms Hong Hahn is exemplary. We have a full seaview room which is spacious and well maintained. Will definitely come back.

During check in there was no consideration for Expedia prefered customer. Would not upgrade even though hotel was less than 1/3 occupied. I made reservation for 2 rooms for two nights initially, then added a night to come earlier. Second reaervation was for premier room. Askedd to stay in that room rather than move and they wanted to pay premium. I felt they should at least let us stay in same room for the 3 nights as usually I am given uogrades but they wouldnt upgrade and I paid more so as not to have to change rooms.Poor customer service, no accomodation for Expedia customer even though I always get courtesy when availabe at all other hotels.
