When we arrived at the hotel Jan 24,2026 around 11:15 PM. I was in pain due to a twisted and swollen ankle from an accident at the airport. The staff on duty immediately noticed my condition, asked if I was okay, and assisted us right away. They even advised us to go to the emergency hospital for proper treatment. The two male staff members were very caring and helpful. Truly thankful for their kindness and concern. Highly recommended.

The hotel was lovely. Really friendly staff. We've just visited and the pool was very quiet and we mainly had it to ourselves. Not sure if this is due to time of year. The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool is very deep though even the smaller one.

The facilities and staff are really nice. Our visit coincided with the worst rain and flooding in thirty years but the staff worked so hard to keep normalcy. We attended a wedding reception held there as well. The food and service was really great!

The hotel dated dirty, there was not hot water in the room a lizard ran out of the shower. There was no air conditioning Bar to relax and have drink in, And for the staff very unhelpful I wouldn’t even give it a one star

Save cash, stay elsewhere

The hotel was extremely overpriced compared to similar hotels in Da Nang. For USD 30 there are better places. None of the amenities advertised were available, as advertised. Pool closed several hours before posted schedule, it was cold, and jacuzzi had been drained. Spa was closed. Shops were closed. Local area not good for walking, few places to eat and like the rest of Da Nang, not suitable for vegans or vegetarians. Even considering that Tet is a terrible time to travel in Vietnam, as everything is closed, there are many better places to stay.

밤에 차소리가 너무 심하고, 방에서 곰팡이 냄새가 너무 많이 납니다. 메이드분이 노크도 없이 방에 불쑥 문을 열어서 황당했습니다. 샤워장도 너무 지저분했습니다.

숙소 컨디션은 나쁘지 않았어요. 수압이 아주 약해서 불편했고 수영장이 무척 깊은 수영장이네요. 호이안에서 택시 타고 도착했는데, 호텔 앞에서 근무하시는 분들이 택시기사가 바가지 씌운것 아닌가 확인하는게 재미있었습니다 ㅎㅎㅎ

수도시설이 너무 안좋고 차갑다 뜨겁다 냄새도 쿰쿰 조식은 깨끗 결재때 호텔닷컴에ㅜ눈탱이 맞음. 32만원 결재가 갑자기 38만원으로 결제됨

I only stayed for one night. I had a free tour with my.booking but the receptionist couldn't give me any details about it so I did not get to use the tour. I spent the morning at the pool but had to listen to the lifeguards phones until they decided to take a nap in the gym.

Prinzipiell macht das Hotel von außen einen recht guten Eindruck, bis man das Zimmer betritt. Dieses war zwar geräumig und sah eigentlich auch ganz gut aus, allerdings kam einem gleich ein sehr modriger Geruch entgegen. Sobald man allerdings genauer hinsieht, bemerkt man einige Mängel. Die Dusche und das Waschbecken waren voller Schimmel. Daraufhin kam nur die Badewanne in Frage. Nach einem stressigen und durchschwitzten Tag wurde diese eingelassen und prompt hat sich ein kleiner See im Badezimmer gebildet, da die Wanne undicht war. Das Frühstück war leider auch eher eine Enttäuschung. Die Auswahl war recht groß, jedoch waren die angebotenen Früchte und Co vollkommen geschmacksneutral und wirkten, als wären sie schon vor 3 Tagen geschnitten und bis dahin im Kühlschrank aufbewahrt worden. Das einzig Positive an dem Hotel war das Personal, welches stets sehr bemüht und überaus höflich war. Summa summarum leider ein Fehlgriff. In einem 4 Sterne Hotel sollte zumindest die Sauberkeit passen.

시설과 직원들의 서비스도 너무너무 좋고 잘쉬엇습니다!! 주위엔 관광지는 없어도 저렴한택시덕분에 근처에 택시타고 이동하는데 5분거리면 다가서 부담도 없지만 4박을 연속 이용햇는데 다녀온뒤에 청소상태가 별로라 매일 프론트에 전화해서 샴푸좀 주라는등 요청해야됫고 침대시트는 정리만 해주고 갈아주짐 않는거같앗습니다ㅜ 아침에 잇던 이물질이 밤에 도착햇을때도 그대로더라구오ㅠ
