"We loved our stay at hotel U14. The staff were all hospitable and helpful. The room was super clean and the beds were comfortable. It's located a short walk from market square, the tram, and many shops and restaurants. We would definitely recommend and stay here again!"

"Great location, very central, and a lovely hotel. There's a great bar (with decent cocktails). Nothing in Helsinki is cheap, but this felt decent value for the city. "

The room was well equipped, spacious and cozy.
Luggage storage was provided after check out. (But need to request Locker PIN in advance)
-ve:
There was no reception that we needed to contact hotel staff via Expedia chat box.
For the breakfast, limited choices and quantity of food were provided. If some hot food has been eaten by other guests who came earlier, there is no way to get it.
Price a bit too high bearing these points in mind.

"Short walk to the Number 4 Tram, and pretty much most of the tram and bus networks. Also, a short walk to Esplanadi in Helsinki centre city, and the open air market. There are also stores nearby with good food and everyday necessities. "
"The hotel is very well located, near the most must seen attractions on the city. The breakfast is great, with excellent choices. The coffee in the breakfast coffee machine is not so good, but there is an espresso coffee machine at the bar. I did not like the food on their restaurant, but there are another places to eat nearby. "
"We always stay here when in Helsinki. The rooms are fantastic and well maintained, the staff are friendly and helpful and the location is ideal (very central and handy for transport links)."
