"Our stay was here was good. The service and staff were really helpful and friendly. The shuttle service was easy to use.
Our room was fine, but it definitely looked like it could use an upgrade. There were a few "rough" areas that needed repair in the room, but overall it was a good place to stay and affordable for our budget. We didn't have enough towels and the front desk person quickly brought some up and was very polite.
To get ice, we had go down to the first floor store, and the ice was complementary.
I stayed here with my family and we would come back here. We were able to walk to the mall for food and it was close to a Starbucks and Dunkin. "
