"Plane arrived at 2am but I had confirmed prior with hotel staff that I needed a Shuttle. When I arrived the phones were down and I eventually had to get a Lyft. Then the hotel door was locked and luckily someone else had already left but still had their room key to let us in. Eventually the staff came to help check us in. The room was fine but the experience was a bit lacking."
