She is an ideal person to welcome people to your hotel due to her knowledge and sunny disposition – recognizing that many guests (myself included) are exhausted after strenuous and stressful travel to Cardiff (transatlantic flight!)"

"Great stay. Helpful and friendly staff, car parking was easy and plentiful. Lots of choice at breakfast in a nice environment. Comfy beds, quiet room desoite being near a main road. The only thing is, bring shower gel. We didn't have sufficient in the small pack provided for 2 showers per person."

"The staff were very nice and helpful and the breakfast was lovely and there was plenty of it. We didn't get chance to use the pool so can't comment on those facilities but what we could see from the window looked good. There was air conditioning in the restaurant but not in our room so that made the room quite hot and stuffy even with the window open. However, there was a fan in the room and that did help a little. Overall, it's a lovely hotel with staff who couldn't do enough, the decor is a little dated but we would stay there again."
