"This little boutique hotel completely made our trip. Graciela and Oscar are incredibly warm hosts,they helped us navigate getting to the England v Mexico match at Estadio Azteca, which took so much stress out of match day. They also pointed us to amazing local food and the best spots to explore in Coyoacán, from the markets, plazas and the Frida Kahlo Museum. Genuine hospitality, great location, wonderful hosts. Highly recommend! Looking forward to taking the whole family back."

"Unfortunately, one of the beds in my room appeared to have bed bugs. This is a serious concern, and the hotel should thoroughly inspect and treat its mattresses and bedding to ensure it does not affect other guests. That said, the lobby staff was very kind and handled the situation promptly by assigning me another room. I truly appreciated their professionalism and willingness to help. The food at the restaurant was good. However, paying the bill was quite frustrating: because the restaurant is located in the basement, the Amex terminal—as well as other card terminals—had very poor signal. It took at least 15 minutes to process the payment. This is something the hotel should improve. Other than that, everything else was okay."
