"The room and all areas of the hotel were IMMACULATE and had the usual amenities. The staff here is beyond compare! They all go above and beyond to be helpful and kind. Always greeted me warmly when I returned to the facility. Always checked to see if I needed anything. They are friendly and genuinely seemed to want my stay to be a good one. I have stayed at this location a few times in the past and always return because I know I will be very comfortable and there won't be any problems. I like staying here better than staying with family!!"

"We were allowed to check in early which helped immensely with our event scheduled that day @ Reiman Gardens Christmas Light. Our room was spotless. The amenities offered were super. The pool was the best we have experienced for cleanliness & temperature to enjoy the pool. The breakfast buffet was delicious & spotless."
