Very very courteous staff, both on phone and in person. Nice clean accommodations with good instructions on how to use things like the shower( both over head or wand water use). My Place Hotel - Altoona/Des Moines, IA
The staff member was courteous though she was on a phone call on speaker phone when I arrived and throughout my check in process. Everything was clean and the room was as expected. I was only there for one night so I can’t speak to house keeping services.
