"I have now stayed here multiple times , always found the staff to be helpful and polite . This the go to hotel while visiting the uk . Had a small problem with the heating not working. The staff gave us an alternative room ..which was an executive suite . So no complaints Highly Recommended !!"

"Stayed at the Thistle a few times now and I'm happy to see the improvements in the reception area, making it look brighter and more appealing than it's previous dark and somewhat drab ambience. The rooms seem to have been refreshed too, clean, nicely furnished and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast is spectacularly good with a wide range of cooked and continental options. Staff are friendly and helpful and, rather importantly, the Thistle is excellent value for money and very convenient for Heathrow T5: I wouldn't stay anywhere else should I need a bed for the night before or after a flight. The one thing I would really like to see is a covered walkway to the Heathrow pod station with a better surface for hauling those heavy suitcases. "

"I have stayed at this Premier Inn a few times now and always enjoy my stay. It is clean. Affordable. A bit inconvenient to Terminal 5, but manageable. The food in the restaurant is good. And all of the employees I came in contact with were very friendly. For some reason my room felt humid, which was strange as it was January... Other than that, I had another good stay and will return in the future. Thank you."
