"This was a perfect location for a visit to Hvar if you don’t want to be on the beach. We were amongst all the historical and beautiful cobblestone streets and within steps of the waterfront, the old city, etc. Hvar is not very big, so everything is easy to get to. The room was small, but efficient. There was a decent size closet and a small desk, and the bathroom was spacious. Breakfast was lovely on the outside patio. "Room was very clean and modern, had a small kitchen which was nice. Staff were helpful. Lovely breakfast in the morning. Only downside is when asked to make up the sofa bed we were supplied with a duvet with a large brown-red stain on it and told there were no other duvets available."

"We stayed one night at Imperial House and it was outstanding! The owner was very kind and welcoming. She also made a wonderful breakfast! The room was extremely clean a comfortable and attended to every detail. We also went next door to a newly opened restaurant for dinner and it was fantastic. "I can't comment on the premises as we were unable to stay there. The host contacted us as the previous guest had caused some damage and therefore it was unavailable. The host organised alternative accommodation that was excellent (and close by) - all this was done hours before we checked in. I have to give the host 5 stars for finding a solution and making our stay stress free. They were excellent and went above and beyond :)"
