This central location to the pedestrian area of Cavtat is perfect. Villa Faggioni is right in the heart of things yet also quiet because it is tucked up higher amongst the old stone buildings. Our room was clean and cool and the staff was very prompt with communication — gave us helpful info about parking. We’d stay there again.

This property is in the most wonderful and charming village! The views are gorgeous and there's restaurants and shops for anything you could want to eat or buy. There's no traffic so you can walk around and visit all the sites. The staff will arrange an airport shuttle for a very reasonable price.

Great location above the nice restaurant strip on the quayside … carefully restored and updated historic building , great shower , bed & linen … kitchenette … great AA , and very quiet ( internal room) ticks all the boxed . Kindly allowed early check-in , si i had a great experience . The transfer to the airport wss timely & efficient … and door to door ( only permit holderd can access the quayside road ) 10/10 👏👏👏

Very clean room and nice bathroom. I thought when I booked it that it said it was sound proof. It’s definitely not. Very well situated location wise. Nora was very helpful with any of our questions, lovely host. Breakfast was exceptional.

The location, the room and the breakfast were very nice. While had little interaction with the staff. The interaction that we did have was good. Two major drawbacks, and they were big. First, neither lock on the door to the room nor the lock on the door to the bathroom were functional. Second, parking a car was a major hassle and very expensive. Count on spending at least an additional 30 euros per night to park the car and walk about a quarter of a mile to get to the apartment. Additionally, there is very little parking in the lot, and we spent 20-30 minutes driving around the parking lot waiting for someone to leave. Once you walk to the location you need to climb stairs (2 sets of you’re on the second floor like we were). Overall, an ideal place of you take a bus/train and don’t care about personal security.
