"We checked in and immediately was appalled at the smell our room had. A combination of BO and whatever chemical/cleaning solution they used to try to mask it. The AC was not working properly and opening windows did not help (street view room). By 8pm on the check-in day we asked the person at the front desk to check out and for a refund. They called the manager and agreed to it, however we were told to cancel through orbitz as we booked through the third party. When we created a ticket to ask...

"This is a travellers hotel. Pay everything up front. Simple. Comfortable and functional. Exactly what you need if you need a spot to stay before an early morning flight. Hotel is walkable to the airport and car rental drop off/pick up. "
