Went slightly out of season so not all facilities such as roof top bar available but didn’t soil the use of the hotel will definitely return and you can walk into Porto so good exercise cab only €8 away from the hustle and bustle of the city allowing you to chill out as well."

"It was absolutely incredible from the first second to the last. Everything from check in, to how clean and comfortable it was, to the smile goodbye. I think what really set them aside from the rest is how the employees really felt like they were happy to be there and were looking to go above and beyond at every second. "The hotel and the staff are excellent, my only complaint was with the air conditioning which was not working and the room would get very hot and made it difficult to sleep. The staff tried to do everything possible to accommodate us but the problem could be solved, besides this issue I fully recommend this hotel. The hotel is great, it does make you feel you are in a castle, the staff is magnificent, they really go out of their way to serve you in every way possible. "

"Great location. Very nice size family suite. Lovely staff. Only complaint was that they turn the AC off at 2am and it gets very hot and stuffy when you sleep. You can’t open the windows because it gets too loud. Walls must be thin because we could hear toddlers screaming early in the morning from a nearby room. I’d say it’s between 3-4 stars. "
