Very enjoyable stay

Lovely small, modern hotel. Beautifully clean. Really helpful staff - allowed us to check in several hours early. Super comfy bed. Free onsite parking. Excellent variety (and quantity) at breakfast. Would definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to return if we're in the area.

Great place, short walk to most things including the beach, very clean modern hotel. The only minor niggle are the pillows, we found them very lumpy and uncomfortable but this is very subjective. Overall still 5/5 for us as it was a great place to stay for our visit.

We staid one night while hiking the caminho. Hotel / rooms are clean/good and breakfast was good. There are multiple restaurants close by. Only topic to mention in case you hike, is the checkin time that closes at 7 pm in case you hike. We had a longer distance on that day and had to check teh time while hiking.

The Varzinn is a well-kept secret to the area. Locally owned and operated, the family seek to proliferate JOY in serving others. From our arrival to the property to their kindness when we needed a significantly delayed checkout- this property exceeded expectations! Domingos was working reception when we checked in and he is kind, friendly, multi-lingual and knows all the in-and-outs of local establishments. He is attentive to every question and made recommendations which we tried for a lunch at Marinheiro and Regata! Both were delicious and full of the same hospitality and customer-based service as we received at Varzinn. Breakfast buffet is more than sufficient and though ‘continental’ has a full variety for hot plate and cold plate food, bread, drinks, juices, lactose free, vegan, and many more options. A true gem, we hope to return as soon as possible and can’t wait to share more time on this establishment. The rooms are clean, balconies face a garden, and just delightful!

Zimmer war sauber, modern und sehr, sehr gut ausgestattet. Entspricht den 4 ☆ absolut. Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und mega freundlich. Frühstück war gut und absolut ausreichend. Leider etwas weiter vom Meer entfernt, aber dafür genug Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe.
