"The man that checked us in seemed to be in a foul mood. The card system wasn't working and he did not explain this to us. We never got an apology for the delay, ever got a smile from this person. His colleague ended up escorting us up to our room with a key while the system was being fixed. The room needs fixing up. Lots of scuff marks on the walls and baseboards. The curtains had small rips that looked like a cat clawed at them. It was very apparent since the light came through the holes. My husband went downstairs to ask for an extra pillow and they said they couldn't help him because the cleaning staff was gone for the day. It was a convenient place to stay since we were right next to the terminal, but it wasn't really worth the price we paid"
