"I stayed at this hotel for three nights, from July 27 to July 30, and overall had a pleasant experience. The standout feature was the cleanliness. The room and common areas were exceptionally clean and well maintained throughout my stay, which I greatly appreciated. The complimentary breakfast was satisfactory and providing a convenient start to each day. There were, however, a couple of drawbacks. The music played continuously 24 hours a day in the front desk and entrance area. While it may have been intended to create a welcoming atmosphere, it became quite annoying, especially during late-night and early-morning hours. Additionally, the parking spaces were quite congested, making it somewhat difficult to maneuver and park, particularly when the lot was busy. Overall, the hotel was comfortable and very clean, but reducing the volume or hours of the lobby music and improving the parking layout or availability would make the guest experience even better."

"Our Standard King Room in the Putnam Building was clean and comfortable. Also a great pool and gym. The only complaint was Parking and general navigation of the property. The day we checked in they were filming for the Netflix series The Roman. Very cool but there is no other word for it "Chaotic" when we were trying to park. Trucks and road blockages had us driving around and walking back to our room from the front of the property to Putnam where the limited spaces were full in the back where our room was. This happened every night even when they weren't filming hoping to "get lucky" for a space. A bit of a maze if you will with all the buildings. Beautiful Grounds and Mansions. (Biddle and King)"
