"We were in Chicago for my daughter’s graduation and this location was perfect. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly. I was worried about noise from the airport at night, but it was not an issue."

"The staff was incredible! Very kind. The airport driver went above and beyond. We had an unexpected stay with our cancelled flight. We ended up ordering Giardanos pizza and only wished we had offered the staff some before we started to eat as well had too much!!"

"I have a mixed review, and mostly very good. So I’ll start off with the not so good. We rented 3 rooms for our families, and 2 of the rooms had dirty/stained sheets and blankets. We didn’t have any luck trying to get them changed for us. I think my sister stopped trying however she did try. So that was a downer. And there were no microwaves in the rooms, we must have missed that memo. But as far as the great, the hotel staff was amazing. They were so kind, so friendly, accommodating on the questions and favors I had, especially Ash and Cessa (hopefully I spelled her name right) They made us feel right at home, even though we were 1200 miles away. If it wasn’t for them and the other front desk workers, I truly feel I would have left with a different mindset. They are why we absolutely loved our stay as much as we did! "
