"Room was very old and outdated. Dust was on most surfaces. The walls were so thin. We were woken at 5:45am with a neighbour snoring and we could also hear when they used the bathroom! For a surprise 50th birthday stay it was very disappointing. Pictures on the web do not give a good representation."
"Another lovely stay at this hotel. We had a lovely 1st floor room with a floor to ceiling view of the lake.
Great choice for breakfast.
We used the pool & spa, that was an extra £10 each. It was nice when it used to be included in your stay. Pool was a bit on the cold side.
Only negative was the noise of people going to bed and chatting down the corridor all through the night, being woken up at 4am with that wasn't great."
