"We had a three o'clock check in.We got there at eleven o'clock.They told us to sit down and wait.We checked in online from our phone.Then, we went to see a person who told us that at three o'clock, we have to line up somewhere.They didn't speak english.So there was a little problem at three o'clock.It was like a long line at TSA.Fifty people waiting on one line to get envelope.That tells you what room you're in,I don't know why they could not have given us our room # , so we didn't have to wait on a long line. That gave us a negative feeling all day. Food was excellent,,service at pool was great, the photos makes the pools look so much larger than they are but still the adult pool was great with a swim up bar and staff when saw us with a half empty beer always got us another one. Would i stay there again. Yes but check on WAS THE WORST.. Next time I will arrive at 3:15 when the lines end.Also they do need more night time activities to do ,,,"
